Lovage is a really humble and simple herb in appearance, but a powerful tool in the kitchen for an experienced chef. It's similar to celery and parsley but has a more intense flavor.

You'll often find lovage used together with other herbs to create full flavors. Never let it take center stage, but rather use it as a secret ingredient to add a little something to your dish's aroma and flavor.
